The "Johnny Estrada III No Drugs Foundation" was
created in 2004 to help educate children about the dangers of drug use, and
to create programming designed to encourage children to stay away from
drugs. Growing up in a rough neighborhood, Johnny witnessed first-hand the
devastating effect drugs can have on kids, and on the larger community in
which they live. Long before Johnny became well-known as a professional
baseball player, he was working to help youngsters steer clear of drugs.
With your help, the "Johnny Estrada III No Drugs
Foundation" can make a difference in improving the lives of kids around the
country. By educating children about the dangers of using drugs, and by
showing alternative paths, the Foundation aims to give the most at-risk kids
a better shot at a successful, drug-free life.
If you want to help in the effort, please
consider making a small donation. Donations can be made via the web (you will be redirected to the National Heritage Foundation site).
